Dust free air conditioned winding and stacking room - CLASS 100 CLEANLINESS

The heart of capacitor is an element wound in winding Room. At Subodhan, in winding room the fresh intake of air is through absolute filters. The room is pressurized & has double door arrangement with an air curtain at entry. Winding and stacking rooms are air conditioned. Absolute filters & laminar flow arrangement ensures class 100 cleanliness at winding station.

This results in low in-house and field rejection, thereby enhancing reliability.

Very low watt losses - Extended foil design (Non self Healing)
The extended foil construction enables very low watt loss. 'Subodhan' capacitors tested at ERDA are having watt loss less than 0.5 watt / kVAr. In special design they can be offered with guaranteed watt loss of 0.2 watt / kVAr as against 0.5 to 1.0 watt / kVAr offered by other reputed manufacturers. These lowest watt losses in the industry gives added life span and low running cost to the capacitor.
